The mission of the American Pediatric Society is to shape the future of academic pediatrics through the engagement of distinguished pediatric leaders.  Nominees should demonstrate notable leadership (both nationally and internationally) with marked contributions to the field of pediatrics. 

Nominator Eligibility

Two (2) Active APS Members, with dues in good standing, propose and second the nomination of a distinguished child health leader.  Neither the proposing or seconding member may be a current APS Officer or Council Member.

  • Nominee curriculum vitae (CV) 

  • Nominee complete bibliography 

  • Two (2) reprints of representative scholarly contributions authored by the nominee.

Selection

Nominators will be notified of new member selections in late November - early December 2021.
